That’s a great question and it is looking like construction will start in the next 60 days and move in will be the beginning of September.
If you’re thinking about a true urban lifestyle, this is the building to be in with parking attached to the building you can rest easy to have your car ready when you want it. But there is very little need to do much driving with easy access to groceries at Grand Central Market, Schuler books across the street, the Art Museum just a block away, and Van Andel Arena just 2 blocks away. You just can not beat this location!
Over the coming months, we will start to highlight the exciting area around Fox Lofts for you to enjoy.
It’s so exciting to be a part of this project and see how people can have a true loft condo in Downtown Grand Rapids at an affordable price that does not sacrifice quality or location.
