I am excited to announce that Fox Lofts is going Green. How, you may ask? We are putting on a Green Roof!
One of the exciting pieces of living at Fox Lofts is that you will be able to enjoy the rooftop. You will be able to watch the fire works, listen to Blues on the Mall, or just sit on the roof with a cool beverage and get some sun. Now when you do it you will feel like you’re in the back yard with all the greenery around you.

Show Room Close to Completion

Fox Lofts show room is under construction and close to completion.
Over the past week, there have been some major improvements in Fox’s show room. There is a new banner on the front of the building, the walls have received a face-lift, and the floors have been refinished. There is also a display bathroom vanity in the show room, along with cabinet, flooring, and counter top samples. The display kitchen is still underway. Keep in mind this is not an actual model unit, but it does showcase some of the highlights the units will feature!

We have adjusted some of the floor plans and pricing. Now Fox Lofts is offering a price range and square foot space that will fit your needs. With adding 80 sq/ft to the A units, this allows for a walk in closet, office, or however you would like to make the space work for you.

So construction “coming soon” now has a date. We are starting construction the first week in May with a completion scheduled for November.
This has been a long time coming as many people have been asking are we going to start soon. I am glad you have all asked.
If you were waiting on the fence to look at Fox Lofts now is the time to schedule your showing.
So, when is Fox going to start building and when will it be completed?

That’s a great question and it is looking like construction will start in the next 60 days and move in will be the beginning of September.
