We would like to thank everyone who stopped by Fox Lofts during the Parade of Downtown Living this past weekend. We enjoyed meeting you and giving you an understanding of the finishes and style of the units to be built at Fox Lofts.
We are sorry that we were not able to take groups through the building because of construction; however, private tours of the building are now available in order to give you a visual of the layouts and lighting. Summer is a great time to be in Downtown Grand Rapids. With Fox Lofts in the heart of downtown, it has front row seats to all of the celebrations. The first activity of the summer, Festival of the Art’s, is fast approaching. Festival takes place June 6th through the 8th, and is a community wide showcase for visual, performing, and culinary arts. Come enjoy live music, dance, theater, improv, shopping, and many exhibitions. Don’t forget to stop by and check out the Fox Loft’s exhibit located at 83 Monroe Center!

When I meet with people to talk about Fox Lofts, one of the fun places to check out and to catch a warm cup of coffee to chat over is West Coast Coffee.
When you walk in the door, you just feel relaxed and welcome. Not to mention, the coffee is great and will warm you right up in this COLD wintry weather we’ve been having.
