We would like to thank everyone who stopped by Fox Lofts during the Parade of Downtown Living this past weekend. We enjoyed meeting you and giving you an understanding of the finishes and style of the units to be built at Fox Lofts.

We are sorry that we were not able to take groups through the building because of construction; however, private tours of the building are now available in order to give you a visual of the layouts and lighting. Fox Lofts Going Green!!

I am excited to announce that Fox Lofts is going Green. How, you may ask? We are putting on a Green Roof!

One of the exciting pieces of living at Fox Lofts is that you will be able to enjoy the rooftop. You will be able to watch the fire works, listen to Blues on the Mall, or just sit on the roof with a cool beverage and get some sun. Now when you do it you will feel like you’re in the back yard with all the greenery around you.

Show Room Close to Completion

Fox Lofts show room is under construction and close to completion.

Over the past week, there have been some major improvements in Fox’s show room. There is a new banner on the front of the building, the walls have received a face-lift, and the floors have been refinished. There is also a display bathroom vanity in the show room, along with cabinet, flooring, and counter top samples. The display kitchen is still underway. Keep in mind this is not an actual model unit, but it does showcase some of the highlights the units will feature!

Fox Lofts will be Open for Festival of the Art’s.

Summer is a great time to be in Downtown Grand Rapids. With Fox Lofts in the heart of downtown, it has front row seats to all of the celebrations. The first activity of the summer, Festival of the Art’s, is fast approaching. Festival takes place June 6^th through the 8^th, and is a community wide showcase for visual, performing, and culinary arts. Come enjoy live music, dance, theater, improv, shopping, and many exhibitions. Don’t forget to stop by and check out the Fox Loft’s exhibit located at 83 Monroe Center!

Festival Times:

Friday June 6^th - noon - 10pm
Saturday June 7^th - 10am - 10pm
Sunday June 8^th - 10am - 6pm

Prices Changing!

We have adjusted some of the floor plans and pricing. Now Fox Lofts is offering a price range and square foot space that will fit your needs. With adding 80 sq/ft to the A units, this allows for a walk in closet, office, or however you would like to make the space work for you.

I have been asked, what do you mean by walkability? And why do I think Fox Lofts offers true walkability in Downtown Grand Rapids?

In an Urban Life style one of the most important things is, “Can I walk to everything I need to live a full life?”

With downtown Grand Rapids beginning its growth, more and more things are available within walking distance. With Fox Lofts centrally located in the heart of downtown on Monroe Center you are just feet or blocks away from all the pleasures downtown living has to offer. In the coming blogs we will highlight those walk-able places around Fox Lofts. I am looking forward to informing you about the Grand Rapids Art Museum, Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall, Civic Theater, pubs and bars, and coffee shops.

Construction Starts First week Of May!

So construction “coming soon” now has a date. We are starting construction the first week in May with a completion scheduled for November.

This has been a long time coming as many people have been asking are we going to start soon. I am glad you have all asked.
